Returns
All returns must receive a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) from Mooloolaba and must be received by Mooloolaba within 7 days of receipt by customer. RGA must be clearly marked on the box or it will be returned to customer. Returns must be unused with tags attached and be in their original packaging. There will be a 1% fee assessed for restocking and handling of returns. |
